7th & Final Border

This month you’ll be simply adding a plain border with 4-Patch corners.  Your completed quilt will measure 64 1/2” square (64” finished).

Cutting Instructions:

RED

 Cut 4 - 2 1/2" Squares

YELLOW

Cut 4 - 2 1/2" Squares

NAVY BLUE

Cut 8 - 2 1/2" Squares
Cut 6 Strips - 4 1/2" x WOF

Assembly: First make 4 corner units with 2 1/2" Squares (2 of each color arrangement) as shown:

Next, form the border units.  Join your 6 Navy Blue strips together end to end.  Sub cut into 4 strips 56 1/2” long.  Join the corner blocks to 2 strips as shown.

Next, join 2 plain strips to the sides of your quilt center, then join the top and bottom borders, positioning corner blocks as shown on the next page.

Enjoy quilting your “bedazzled” project!

Finally, cut 7 strips at 2 1/4” x WOF of your binding fabric (we used Green) and join to your finished quilt.
