Eighth Block

The 8th block in this series is the Square ‘n a Square block. You will need to make eight 6” blocks.

Cutting Instructions for 1 Block:

            Light Scraps: Cut 1 – 4 ¼” Square, Cut Twice on the Diagonal
            Dark Scraps: Cut 1 – 3 ½” Square
                        Cut 2 – 3 7/8” Squares, Cut Once on the Diagonal

Assembly:

Following diagrams, sew block together as shown. Sew pairs of opposing triangles to the center square. Your blocks should measure 6 1/2” unfinished.
